This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Health and Aged Care (the Department) is seeking to design and implement best-fit support and operating models for Microsoft Teams and the M365 suite.
The Seller will be expected to collaborate and consult broadly across the Department and its service provider landscape, working in partnership with the project team to design and deliver Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 governance, support and operations for current state arrangements and transitioning to the future-state supplier, organisation and technology environment.
The Department requires support from a suitably qualified and experienced Seller with a wealth of experience in similar initiatives, to accelerate and maximise the design and implementation of support and operating models, establishing foundation arrangements for Microsoft Teams and extending to the M365 suite. The preferred supplier will work as part of a blended team to deliver the Department's Modern Workplace Program.
