This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The key features of the national Head to Health website include:

Content on a range of mental health, suicide prevention and wellbeing focused topics
A catalogue of digital and online mental health resources, services and supports
Search functionality
A crisis page with relevant national and state/territory mental health crisis services for those who might be in immediate distress and in need of assistance
Available on multiple channels (website, social media, face to face, telephone channel) and devices (phone, tablet, desktop computer)
Analytics
Details about and links to trusted digital mental health services available nationally
A Service Provider Portal sits separate to but supports the national Head to Health website and allows service providers whose digital products and services are listed on the national website to maintain and update their content and resources, and also view analytics about the performance of their products by users of the national website.
Referral pathways to the Head to Health Phone Service, Adult Mental Health Centres, and Kids Hubs. These pathways are intended to provide an alternative access channel to the Head to Health service offerings, particularly for those users who cannot, or do not want to use the national Head to Health website.
