This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australia Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) requires two ServiceNow Developers to assist the ASK/ServiceNow Technical Lead to provide platform support, solutions and advice across configuration, development and maintenance services for the ACIC’s Enterprise Service management and workflow automation platform, ‘ASK’ (Assistance and Service Kiosk).
The ASK system is a critical system for the Agency to:
- manage ICT and Operational teams work queues and automated request workflow, including approvals, case management, service portal, ICT service management, legal advice register and more;
- provision of criminal intelligence assessments processing;
- enable staff members to request for specialist services support;
- enable business areas to manage work flow requests to meet day-to-day operations, and;
- provide accurate foundational supporting databases such as Software and Hardware asset, Configuration Management and Agency Service Data Model.
ASK is a critical system that requires expertise to support it and to identify gaps between knowledge, and how best to utilise the ServiceNow platform to improve use for technical and business areas.
The ServiceNow Developers must be able to advise the ACIC on best practices and integration of services to further streamline the ASK portal across the Agency.
Working arrangements will be onsite, full time (Monday to Friday).
