Provision of Project Management Services for SCADA Upgrade (PCW19201)

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the provision of suitably skilled resources to assist in the delivery of the SCADA Upgrade project. Respondents will be required to provide their project management services to the Program Delivery Team of the Project Management Office as described in more detail in Part 5 Scope.

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close three (3) calendar days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission via online forum, using the response forms within the tender documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4:00 PM, Friday 7th June 2024. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.
