The Future Women - Jobs Academy Program is a dynamic program that offers a range of activities, designed to meet the varying needs of its female participants. The program has been specifically tailored to meet the needs of female veterans who are currently or have recently transitioned from the Australian Defence Force. This program will provide participants with the tools, confidence and attributes that are required to successfully secure sustainable employment. Furthermore, the program, provides a tailored mentoring and other on-demand support mechanisms that are available to the participants throughout the life of the program.
