Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above-mentioned contract.

The City of Kingston's, City Works Department, has prime responsibility for the preservation and maintenance of Council owned buildings and assets throughout the Municipality. Council has some 300 building assets and approximately 360 reserves which range in size and complexity including:
*Town Halls.
*Libraries.
*Leisure Centres.
*Maternal & Child Health Centres.
*Child Care Centres.
*Pre-Schools.
*Depots.
*Pavilions.
*Community Centres.
*Public Conveniences.
*Playgrounds and Reserves, etc.
To assist the delivery of this objective, Council intends to form one (1) Panel with two categories:
*Category A: Provision of Painting Services
*Category B; Provision of Graffiti Removal services
Tenderers can apply for one category or both.
The purpose of this Panel is to provide flexibility and reactivity in on-going maintenance work throughout the City of Kingston.
