Tender Description
The City of Bayswater (the City), is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to formulate the documents that will assist the City to seek a competitive tender to create a detailed 10 year plan for the replacement of its aging irrigation assets.
The consultant shall provide quotations for works in two phases:
i) Phase One – Scoping Document.
ii) Phase Two – Detailed Tender Specification.
The consultation shall provide any other technical documentation as described in the Scope of Works.
The City’s overall objective of this RFQ is to develop the relevant documentation to call tenders for a detailed 10-year plan for the replacement of the City’s aging irrigation assets.
The 10 year plan must detail the replacement of the assets with an aim to also reduce water use by 10% or greater across the City wide parks, reserves and streetscapes, the plan must look at areas where these savings can be applied by several approaches for example, Hydo or Eco Zoning or irrigation technologies.
