Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The Department of Social Services (DSS) seeks to replace its existing bespoke consultation platform with an off-the-shelf product through a third-party supplier that specialises in consultation Software as a Service (SaaS). The vendor will manage the technical aspects of the platform, including functionality, maintenance, upgrades and security. The new platform will provide an intuitive, accessible tool to facilitate the various needs and public consultation goals of business areas.
