The panel creation objectives are to:
- identify a pool of capable builders who will provide building services to Renewal SA on a variety of small to large residential building projects;
- reduce tender periods by targeting specific builders with specific capabilities that suit the characteristics of the project;
- reduce the requirement for extensive documentation relating to each tendered offering;
- ensure builders have agreed to contract terms and conditions prior to tender; and
- ensure builders possess current certification, licensing and insurances to perform the work.
