Project Summary

The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in September 2024 for the refurbishment of the main school building at Murrayville Community College located at 20 Francis Street, Murrayville 3512.

The project scope to refurbish the main building includes the administration, student and staff amenities, food technology, library, gymnasium, shared learning spaces and staff facilities located at Murrayville Community College.

You must email your company details through to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering.

The email subject heading should be clearly marked 'ATN-5433-MCC-2324 for Victorian School Building Authority'

All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $4,000,000

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will decide on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
