V/Line has a significant number of public information assets that require preventative maintenance.

These assets include the following categories:

• Category One: Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
• Category Two: Public Address (PA) and Remote PA Systems and associated Hearing Loops (HL)
• Category Three: Security Alarm Systems
• Category Four: Customer Help Points (CHP’s)
• Category Five: Lifts (Vertical Transportation)
• And Category Six: Electrical Testing and Tagging for all the above

This is a critical component in supporting V/Line business operations and delivering services that meet the needs of our customers. This activity will help deliver a high-quality service that meets V/Line’s obligations to its customers, the State and the taxpayers of Victoria.

V/Line is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and competent service provider with a broad range of capabilities to undertake service maintenance services as detailed within this Part B – Scope of Works.
