This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
At the request of the Government of Vanuatu, the Australian Government, through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) Cyber Affairs and Critical Technology Branch (CYB), is providing funding to assist with the further development of Vanuatu’s cyber security framework.
There are two parts to this project:
Part A – Road map for establishing a Cyber Security Agency
The Government of Vanuatu is seeking to consolidate its cyber security functions into one coordinating body which will function as the nation’s cyber coordination body.
DFAT’s CYB is seeking to assist the Vanuatu Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) and other government stakeholders by procuring specialist advice to develop a road map which supports the development of the governance, policies and structure which enables the establishment of a Cyber Security Agency.
Part B – Road Map for Cloud Transformation
The Vanuatu Government is also seeking to develop its cyber capabilities, including the adoption of cloud computing and storage.
DFAT’s CYB is seeking to assist the OGCIO and other government stakeholders by procuring specialist advice to develop a road map which outlines Vanuatu’s cloud transformation strategy, future phasing, and principles of adoption.
