Western Power is a Western Australian State Government owned corporation responsible for building, maintaining and operating an electricity network that connects our 2.3 million customers to traditional and renewable energy sources, delivering an essential service to our community.

THE SCOPE

Western Power is seeking to establish a new ICT Infrastructure Panel for the procurement of infrastructure solutions which encompass hardware and software products and cloud SaaS services. The panel also includes ongoing renewal and management of annual support and maintenance contracts. The panel will be established for a term of five years.

The ICT Infrastructure Panel provides a strategic opportunity for preferred vendors to work with Western Power to refresh and maintain the adopted technology landscape, ensuring maximised savings, performance, scalability, and reliability.

Western Power is seeking proposals that not only meet our current needs but also align with our long-term objectives and strategy. The preferred vendors will play an essential role in modernising and evolving the technology landscape.

Interested parties are encouraged to submit proposals that demonstrate their expertise and capabilities in delivering current and evolving technologies and services. Proposals should demonstrate:

• The range of products and producers offered for each of the Industry Classifications listed.
• Any additional classifications and relevant products and producers offered for each.

The technology landscape encompasses a range of components, including but not limited to those listed in Annexure 1. We ask respondents clearly address only those areas in which they are able to demonstrate sufficient skill and experience.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Suppliers are required to respond to the following for the ROI submission:

• Demonstrate track record and capability in the selected areas of ICT Infrastructure as per the requirements stated in Annexure A.
• References from at least three customers for whom your organisation has completed similar services.
