Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from Registered Builders and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at this void property located at Lot 950, 51 Crowther Street, Carnarvon, WA, 6701.
The Work includes but is not limited to the following:
- Preliminaries
- Electrical
- Roofing works
- Plumbing
- Flooring and Tiling
- Carpentry
- External Works
- Doors and Windows
- Painting
- Screens
Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote.
All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
Briefing
A briefing session will be held at Lot 950, 51 Crowther Street, Carnarvon, 6701 on 7 May 2024 1:00 PM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Lot 950, 51 Crowther Street, Carnarvon, WA, 6701.
