Energy Breakthrough Event - Supply of Portable Toilets and Showers Hire

⁠⁠⁠The Central Goldfields Shire Council has hosted The Energy Breakthrough event at Maryborough since 1991, providing opportunities for students, teachers, parents and local industry to work together to design and construct a vehicle, a machine or innovation in technology that will represent an 'energy breakthrough’.

This event has inspired young Australians to embrace learning, be creative and innovative, and drive change through the power of collaboration; to celebrate human endeavour and achievement, to respect and care for the environment and our communities.

With the estimated 15,000 people over five days, the Council wishes to provide all participants, volunteers, and visitors with additional toilet and shower facilities (the units) from 19 November 2024 to 24 November 2024 at the three allocated sites in the Maryborough VIC township.

As Central Goldfields Shire Council Services agreement, including the rates as per pricing schedule spreadsheet, will govern the three-year term and the extension option if exercised. Requests for annual rate increases are not applicable for the duration of the agreement and its extension.
