Project Summary

The Victorian School Building Authority intends to release a Request for Tender in June 2024 for the upgrade and modernisation works at Koonung Secondary College located at 68 Box Hill Crescent, MOUNT ALBERT NORTH 3129.

The upgrade and modernisation scope includes a new two-storey extension adjoining the existing Block A building. This extension includes several learning spaces, a multi-purpose activity space, two small meeting rooms and two break-out spaces for small group activities. Additionally, a new car park with associated landscaping works.

You must email your company details through to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering.

The email subject heading should be clearly marked 'ATN-7945-KSC-2324 for Victorian School Building Authority'

All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $8,000,000.

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will decide on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
