Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The VSBA, through PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (PMP) is undertaking HFSS project to provide an assessment of the compliance of the school's HFSS, and where deficient, recommended works to achieve compliance to NCC2022 Volume 1, AS2419.1-2021 at Drouin Secondary College.

The appointed contractor will become responsible for all construction and associated works including:

- Site Establishment

- Construction Works

- Project Supervision

- Site Safety and Security

- Stakeholder management (In conjunction with the consultant)

fully in accordance with the attached RFT documents and Specification.
