About The Engagement:

Collaborating with Cochlear, Kasoem, and Mitra Keluarga Hospital, we are on a mission to establish a Cochlear Centre of Excellence, a hub for comprehensive implant services. This venture is fueled by Katalis, driving a clinical study to assess surgical and speech/language outcomes in pediatric cochlear implant recipients.

We are seeking a dynamic Contract Research Organisation (CRO) to partner with us on a groundbreaking project aimed at revolutionizing the landscape of pediatric cochlear implants in Indonesia.

Here's what we're looking for:

We are in search of a CRO with a stellar track record to handle key aspects of our project:

1. Study Setup and Management:

  • Align study objectives, timelines, and resources with the sponsor.
  • Ensure seamless site opening and protocol adherence.

2. Participant Management and Retention:

  • Enroll and engage participants, implementing effective retention strategies.
  • Monitor progress, communication, and recruitment channels.

3. Data Collection and Management:

  • Oversee data collection, ensuring protocol adherence and quality assessments.
  • Provide robust data analysis and reporting to meet sponsor requirements.

4. Reporting to the Sponsor:

  • Deliver regular updates on study progress, enrolment, and compliance.
  • Maintain transparent communication throughout the study duration.

5. Manuscript Writing:

  • Collaborate on manuscript development, adhering to journal guidelines.
  • Manage review process and facilitate submission until acceptance.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support in obtaining IRB approval and maintain proper documentation.
