The Victorian Government is seeking options to inform future models for the delivery of free accessible internet services in the City of Melbourne (LGA) that align with the Department of Government Services (DGS) objectives to reduce barriers to digital inclusion.

DGS invites responses to the attached Request for Information (RFI).

Please download the Specification Document to obtain a copy of the RFI - which includes the response template, background information, program objectives and information regarding the RFI process.

 All responses must be lodged through the Buying for Victoria Website.

Once registered, participants will receive a Microsoft Teams link prior to the briefing.

All registrants must satisfy the eligibility criteria detailed below:

• Registrant must be eligible to supply telecommunications equipment and services in Australia.
• Registrant must be an approved and licensed Telecommunications Carrier as defined within the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cwth) at the time of submission.
• Registrant must comply with the Supplier Code of Conduct outlined at Appendix B and must submit a completed and signed letter as part of their submission.

Response questions relate to the objectives, timeline and proposed service locations outlined in Appendix A.
