This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Biosecurity Plant and Science Services Division (BPSSD) in Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (the department), seeks to appoint a supplier to assist in the delivery of a Discovery process, in a collaboration with the department’s Digital Services Division and Digital Business Division.
The outcomes of this proposed Discovery include the delivery of a report and associated artefacts which:
- review the current state and define an ideal future
- define the problems and key needs of all users of this data
- identify, priorities, cost and test opportunity areas which are drawn from subsequent insights; these opportunity areas will enhance management of emerging onshore and offshore biosecurity risks and enable increased or improved trade.
The successful supplier is expected to provide multiple digital specialists to undertake a and deliver an agile and user-centered Discovery for the biosecurity surveillance service.
The team will be expected to take an agile and user-centered approach to delivery, share progress early and often, and participate in showcases.
