Tender Description
The Department of Environment, Science and Innovation is seeking proposals for Digital Adoption Platform (Customer Online Guidance System).
The Customer is seeking responders who are experts in online digital learning pathways/platforms including but not limited to tools that will:
- Provide a digital learning platform for DES to create ‘built in’ how to guides
- Provide training to DES employees on how to create and maintain interactive content
- Offer interactive on-screen guidance and tips to ensure data is entered correctly the first time
- Improve ability for users to self service
- Provide on boarding support for new users
- Provide notification and guidance when something changes (e.g. functionality changes or regulation changes)
- Fully integrated with Dynamics and Appian
