Yarra Valley Water (YVW) wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to tender for the provision of services for scanning and digitisation of documents.

The procurement process will firstly involve calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties in order to identify suitable vendors and then inviting those shortlisted vendors to tender for the services.

This document contains information to assist prospective vendors to determine whether or not they should submit an expression of interest. It sets out the broad scope of the services and the selection criteria which will be used to identify pre-qualified vendors, and includes a Response Schedule for respondents to complete.

YVW will shortlist respondents based on their EOI submissions and issue a Request for Tenders (RFT) to shortlisted respondents at a later date. Further details of the procurement process and timeline will be included in the RFT.

Yarra Valley Water may, at its absolute discretion, either decide not to proceed to an RFT, adjust the requirements sought, and/or place additional constraints or conditions on responses prior to issuing the RFT.
