Council invites quotes from suitably qualified consultants to prepare a Heritage Community Engagement Strategic Action Plan for Hornsby Shire. The purpose of the Strategic Action Plan is develop high level actions and detailed directions to inform the types of programs and services for Council to carry out meaningful and ongoing engagement with the local community on heritage matters beyond traditional heritage committees
The selection of the consultant will be undertaken on the basis of the following criteria:
1. Appreciation of the project brief and purpose of the project;
2. Proposed methodology including consultation and liaison with identified parties
3. Consultants' qualifications, skills, experience
4. Details of project budget, broken down to include costs for each component of the project; and
5. Detailed project timeline demonstrating ability and commitment to complete the project within the set timeframe.
