Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) has been engaged by the Department of Finance to deliver a range of maintenance services across six (6) government Agencies, comprised:

• Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC or DCA)
• Department of Justice (DOJ) incorporating Corrective Services (DCS) and Courts (DTAG)
• Department of Education (DOE)
• Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES)
• Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD or TAFE) and
• Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA)

In order to meet PFM's continued obligations under the Maintenance Service Arrangement (MSA) Customer Contract, PFM is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Vendors to undertake Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Services.

The Services may include Routine Maintenance, Routine Maintenance Defects, Breakdown Repairs, Low Value Maintenance and Projects.

This Request for Tender includes a Program of Works is required for Evaporative Cooler RM and RMD for Department of Education Sites only. Specific procedures apply to these Services and as such they are managed independently from other types of assets.
