Planned and Reactive Maintenance for HVAC Chillers and Fluid Coolers at Perth Processing Centre
Tender ID: 615582
Tender Details
Tender Description
The Chillers and Cooling Towers forms a critical role in temperature control for the manufacturing, testing, and distribution of blood and blood products and comfort of staff.
The equipment represents a substantial capital investment, and it is recognised that ongoing maintenance is required to ensure reliability for short- and long-term operation and to ensure the safety of all users. The objective of servicing is to inform on the performance of preventative maintenance inspections in accordance with AS 3666, AIRAH DA19 Appendix A- A7 & A12 and other relevant standards, to minimise faults, damage, and breakdowns and to maximise the life of the equipment.
The successful supplier plays an important role by identifying equipment-related issues that could potentially impact the operation of the equipment or parts thereof and to notify Lifeblood of the findings. Expert accredited and trained technical expertise is vital to assist Lifeblood in making informed decisions, optimise the use, and reduce the running costs where possible without compromising the efficiency and operability of Lifeblood operations.
Whenever an equipment fault occurs, the supplier shall provide any resources and materials necessary to minimise downtime and necessitate repairs to return the system to normal operating conditions and to strictly maintain Lifeblood requirements. The supplier warrants that the downtime to any equipment outlined in the scope of this document will be limited to the absolute minimum reasonable time achievable and will keep Lifeblood always informed on an ongoing and regular basis.
