This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The department’s current contracts for the provision of ICT Engineering and Professional Services will expire on 30 June 2024.
Technology and Services Division (TSD) provides the department’s ICT infrastructure, corporate applications, hosting solutions both on premise and in the cloud, end-user computing solutions (desktop and mobile), IT security and cyber services. TSD also provides the department's service desk, protective services and property services.
TSD is seeking to engage one or more service providers for the provision of ICT Cyber Security and Professional Services through Work Orders to assist with the delivery of ICT Services to the Department and its internal stakeholders and client/portfolio agencies.
