The Department of Government Services (DGS) is intending to release a Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Travel Management Services to service approximately 150 State departments, agencies, and entities. DGS intends to release this RFT in May 2024. The outcome of this tender will be a refreshed Travel Management Services State Purchase Contract (SPC) with one or more suppliers.

The scope of this RFT includes the following three module specifications:

• Travel Management Company (TMC)

• Online Booking Tool (OBT)

• Accommodation Services.

Tenderers will have the opportunity to bid for one or more of the modules.

Tenderers should note that in the provision of Travel Management Services, all Tenderers must be able to support a “monthly payment of travel in arrears” financial process which is required by the State.

Tenderers should also be aware that this procurement is subject to the Supplier Code of Conduct, Local Jobs First Policy, Fair Jobs Code and Social Procurement Framework.

Tenderers are required to obtain a Fair Jobs Code Pre-Assessment Certificate prior to submitting an RFT response.

The RFT will be released publicly on the Buying for Victoria website. Offers must be submitted at www.tenders.vic.gov.au.

Lodgement of Offers by any other electronic method will not be accepted.

Organisations wishing to participate in this opportunity must register on the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal.
