New Schools 2026 Program (Bundle B and Standalone Projects)

⁠⁠⁠This is an Advanced Tender Notice to receive notification from parties interested in tendering for the projects being delivered by the Victorian School Building Authority - Major Projects branch.

Please note that this advance tender notice is not the actual tender. No tender documentation is provided at this stage.

The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) is intending to release Selective Tenders for a number of upcoming building works packages as set out in this document. The Selective Tenders will be to appoint a head contractor to design and/or construct school buildings. A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued for a bundle of schools and some individual projects as set out in this document. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited for each RFT.

To be eligible a firm must be prequalified in New Commercial Construction on the Construction Supplier Register. The VSBA will make a decision on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender for each RFT based on the firm’s experience, capability and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
