Homes Victoria (Organisation) is responsible for the Maintenance of Social housing, which includes Public and Community housing properties across the state of Victoria. There are currently 22 geographical contract areas which includes ~71,000 properties, across the state of Victoria in which maintenance services are provided.
As such Homes Victoria will be engaging to appoint multiple head contractors to supply maintenance services for the ~71,000 properties across the state of Victoria.
Scope of services will include:
- Planned Maintenance
- Responsive Maintenance
- Vacant Maintenance
- Upgrades
Selective Cleaning, Gardening and Waste Disposal
We are seeking to engage the Market in a Multistage process with an initial Expression of Interest planned for end of April 2024 followed by Request for Tender in June 2024
