Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) seek a qualified service provider to conduct a feasibility study into the costs, benefits and potential threats to industry of implementing the MSA Sheepmeat cuts-based model in non-lamb sheepmeat. The study will also identify barriers and review opportunities to further develop processed sheepmeat and sheepmeat smallgoods.
