Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Cobden School currently has 4 surplus teaching spaces. The southern block end of A Block is not currently well utilised and requires significant investment to address the issues identified in recent specialists’ reports.

The proposal is to rationalise part of this block. Which will reduce the teaching spaces by 1 and remove some of the other resource rooms and bathrooms.
