Mandatory Items: Submissions must conform with mandatory items as identified in the Conditions of Tender. Please ensure you have reviewed prior to submitting a response.

Draft Contract: Your organisation must review the Contract Terms & Conditions issued with this tender and any non-conformances must be noted at the time of your submission.

Your submission involves the compulsory completion of an online form and uploading of key information next to the appropriate question. Please ensure you review ALL the questions prior to responding to enable a thorough understanding of the response requirements and time commitment.
