Tender Description

The Mornington Peninsula Shire Council seeks to obtain an expression of interest from invitees to deliver the Pelican Park Recreation Centre, Renewal & Upgrade project.

This project is for the whole centre renewal and upgrade of Pelican Park Recreation Centre to extend the life of the centre. Works including but not limited to; Boiler and HVAC upgrade, pool shell renewal, changeroom renewal, surfaces renewal and other various works, all to appropriate Australian & Mornington Peninsula Shire Standards.
