Tender Description
Mornington Peninsula Shire is seeking a sole Contractor to be responsible for the maintenance of Automatic Doors and Vertical Transport Systems in Council buildings across the Shire. The services to be provided include:
i) Routine servicing and maintenance
ii) Lift alarm and communications monitoring.
iii) Call out attendance and reactive maintenance services
iv) Asset Inventory Audit and Upkeep
v) Contract Admin and Data Recording
vi) Customer Request Management
The Contract is to commence 1 September 2024 for an initial period of three years, with two extensions of two years each, to be granted at Council's discretion.
