Tender Description
Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake Alma Avenue Reserve site upgrade works in accordance with this Request for Tender.
Alma Avenue is a small site, a two-house block with some established play equipment and seating located at 41–45 Alma Avenue, Altona Meadows. All the play equipment’s and furniture’s are looking tired and towards the end of useful life.
The aim of this upgrade is to replace older play equipment, create an access path, add a shelter, create nature play, and add more plantings.
Play equipment has been ordered under a separate contract. This contract is for the construction works only.
