This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The request seeks to engage the capability to provide ongoing cost model and charging model support, guidance and advice, including in DEWR TBM tool, Apptio.
Apptio SME support is required to:
- Review and update the current cost model and charging model
- Implement new financial year arrangements
- Establish new arrangements in Apptio
- Establish new reporting requirements in Apptio
- Complete process and system improvements, including automation of manual activities and implementation of best-practice processes
