Indigo Shire Council is seeking to engage suitably experienced Contractors to undertake the following works to the Public Toilets as follows:

Former Beechworth Railway Station

• Preparation and painting of all internal walls, ceiling and doors with a graffiti resistant paint.
• Preparation and painting of floors with a non-slip paint suitable for a high traffic floor.

Town Hall Gardens Beechworth Public Toilets

• Preparation and painting of all internal walls and ceilings with a graffiti resistant paint.
• Preparation and painting of floors with a non-slip paint suitable for a high traffic floor.
• Replacement of all cisterns with water saving cisterns.
• Replacement of all toilet seats.
• Supply and installation of mirrors suitable for public toilets.
• Supply and maintenance of 6 portable toilets whilst work is being completed.
• Preparation and painting of external timber and eaves. (For Consideration Budget Permitting)

As both of these facilities are in high visitation locations consideration will need to be given to timing and maintaining partial access to Town Hall Gardens Toilet Block whilst work is completed.
