As part of Council’s Strategic Property Portfolio, a key site known as 620-628 Blackburn Road Doncaster East 3109 is a former quarry and part of Council’s depot operations. Council is undertaking an Expression of Interest process to understand the interest from the developer market with the site.

The scope of the EOI is outlined in the attached documentation.

Any questions about this request should be submitted through the 'Question Forum' in eProcure. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

Any submission may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal submissions will not be considered.
