Council is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified provider for a Cloud Based Aged Care Management System.

The proposed application will support the Family & Community Services Department for a Client Management System that provides efficient operational capabilities and management reporting for clients utilising the following Council services:

- Intake and Assessment

- Social Support, Individual

- Social Support, Group

- Delivered Meals

- Home Maintenance & Modifications

- Home Care, including personal care and domestic assistance for HACCPYP only
