The Mornington Peninsula Shire is seeking a sole Contractor to be responsible for the maintenance of security systems, and provision of security services, across a total of 229 Council buildings, as well as the maintenance of Police Monitored CCTV systems at 44 locations across the Mornington Peninsula.

The services to be provided include:

• Access Control Systems maintenance
• Alarm Systems maintenance
• CCTV Systems maintenance
• Alarm System monitoring
• Mobile Security Patrols
• Additional Security Services

The contract is to commence 1 August 2024 for an initial period of three years, with two extensions of two years each, to be granted at Council's discretion.
