This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Defence Housing Australia’s (DHA) Business Solutions and Technology portfolio require an Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to manage the people side of change for a transformational program that is replacing core business systems.
The successful tenderer is to work with DHA to identify, plan and deliver the change activities required to support this program’s success, applying DHA’s enterprise change management framework and working with the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team including a dedicated Training Lead resource.
