The purpose of this RFI is to seek information from the industry on its ability to operate and manage Deakin University's fitness centres, indoor sports courts, outdoor sports facilities, and amenities.

With this RFI, Deakin is seeking feedback/ information about:

• Operating models
• Cost Structures
• Solutions and advise from the industry on how to best scope a fit for purpose solution.
