⁠⁠⁠This Request has been issued in order for Council to gain a more detailed understanding of the suitable interest in leasing the Warehouse 1 at 23 Westwood Drive, Ravenhall (“the warehouse”).

The objectives to lease Warehouse 1 are to provide an accessible, fit-for-purpose central space which is ideally suited for shops and retails, warehouse factory and industrial purposes or as a showroom or large format retail space.

Warehouse 1 presents a prime opportunity to occupy a main road retail showroom/warehouse in the highly regarded Ravenhall retail precinct.
