Tender Description
The Purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake 3D building scans and generate building modelling to a Level of Detail 200 for general and non-technical building spaces and Level of Detail 300 for Building Services and technical spaces such as HVAC and Pool plant rooms. Further examples of building elements and services and their desired detail level are presented in Schedule 3 of the tender package.
