Country Fire Authority (CFA) is intending to release an open tender to construct alterations and additions to Loch Sport Station, located at 105 National Park Rd, Loch Sport VIC

The works to the existing Fire Station building will consist of the following:

Construction of new extension to accommodate:

• Amenities area- 2 new toilets- Ambulant & Accessible & Washing Machine facility.
• New Training Room,

External site works consisting of:

• Connection into existing Sewer & Stormwater
• Extension of concrete paved path,

Construction works are expected to commence in May-June 2024 and to be completed by September 2024.

The works must comply with Occupational Health, Safety and Environment and Industrial Relations Management which are mandatory requirements. Applicable Government policies affecting the procurement include:

• Directions and instructions for Public Construction Procurement, and
• Social Procurement Policy.
