This procurement is to secure design documentation to construct a changeroom / facility building at Freebody Oval in Queanbeyan, for the Kangaroos Rugby Leagues Club.

The design will include all civil and engineering detail to enable the construction of the facility building.

This procurement is to find a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake the detailed design work and engineering detail to construct a changeroom / facility building at Freebody Oval in Queanbeyan, for the Kangaroos Rugby Leagues Club.

The Tenderer is to provide a detailed civil and structural engineering design suitable for the construction of the facility building, based on the design requirements provided throughout this document.

The building should be designed in accordance with Council’s “Sustainable Design for Council Buildings Policy” and should comply with Council’s sustainability and procurement policy.
