Tender Description
The Principal, Port Stephens Council (Council) is proposing to re-develop the Don Waring Oval site, and to expand the available area for use by soccer, touch football, cricket and other sports as required.
The site currently consists of a grassed sporting oval, surrounded by other sporting facilities that incorporate the Tomaree Sporting Complex.
The objective of the proposed redevelopment works is to increase the provision of recreation and sporting facilities at the site with the aim of enhancing the overall functionality of the facility to best cater to the needs of the Port Stephens community.
