Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from experienced contractors to appoint a panel for small bitumen projects such as roundabouts, car parks and right of ways, asphalt patching, and supply of hot asphalt ex bin.
It is expected Council will appoint up to 5 contractors depending on responses.
The Initial Contract Term shall be for a maximum initial period of 1 year with the option to extend for further periods of any duration up to a maximum extension period of 3 years at Councils discretion.
This Tender covers the following requirements:
- Supply of hot asphalt ex bin (Schedule of Rates).
- Asphalt patching (Schedule of Rates).
- Traffic Management (Schedule of Rates).
- Hire Rates for equipment (Schedule of Rates).
