Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Finance and Lease of Group Fitness, Gym and Audio Visual Equipment

⁠⁠⁠Yarra City Council (Council) is calling for tenders for the supply, installation and maintenance of gymnasium equipment of its four locations, Richmond Recreation Centre (RRC), Collingwood Leisure Centre (CLC),Fitzroy Swimming Pool (FSP) and Collingwood Estate Gym (CEG). The new equipment will be installed into the gym areas nominated below.

Council requires a range of equipment that is suitable for the broad cross section of the community that is Yarra Leisure’s target demographic. This will include adult members, teenage members, older adults, and patrons with limitations to physical and or cognitive capacity.

A Pre-tender review meeting will be held at the Richmond Leisure Centre followed by a visit to Collingwood and Fitzroy Leisure Centres and Collingwood Estate Gym.

 The Tender Briefing will occur at Richmond Recreation Centre at 12pm on Friday the 8th of March. All Tenderers are asked to meet at reception 10 minutes before the start of the meeting. A briefing on the overall tender will then be held and each of the venues with then be visited in turn allowing the tenderers to ask questions specific to each site.
