The scope of works under this Contract is for the Contractor to manage the removal of graffiti on an ongoing basis. All works and services must be carried out in accordance with the specifications and conditions contained herein unless otherwise instructed by the Superintendent and/or their representative.

Works undertaken by the contractor will be on a request for service basis. Unless agreed prior, should the contractor identify any incidences of graffiti requiring proactive removal, the contractor is to notify the Superintendent and/or their representative first and obtain approval prior to any works to be undertaken.
